| Michael J. Martello has been employed with the Town of Kearny since 1992; Mr. Martello graduated Seton Hall University in 1982 with a B.S. degree in Finance. Mr. Martello holds certification from the International Code Council has a Certified Code Official. He holds a certification from Rutgers University as a Certified Zoning Official with over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry. |

Sharon Curran, Certified Tax Collector, was hired part-time on January 1, 1996, and became the Town’s full-time Tax Collector on July 1, 1996. She worked 14 years in the Tax Collector’s office for the City of Jersey City. Ms. Curran held a tax sale on December 14, 2001, that achieved a 100% sale of all liens listed. |

| Gerard B. Kerr began as Superintendent of Public Works on September 7, 2004. Mr. Kerr is currently enrolled at Bergen Community College for his degree in Business Administration. He has over 12 years experience in public works management. |

| Julie McCarthy has served as the Kearny Library Director since October, 2003. She holds a B.A. degree in English from the College of Mt. St. Vincent in English and an M.S. degree in Library Service from Columbia University. Julie has worked in both public and academic libraries in New Jersey and New York, with over 32 years of experience. |

Richard R. Ferraioli is a lifelong resident of the town of Kearny. He began his employment with the town in February 1990. He has been employed the past 15 years in the Kearny Water Department, and currently serves as the Water Superintendent and Licensed Operator of the town of Kearny water distribution system. He is licensed by NJDEP as a class 3 water distribution system operator. |

Joseph Lapsanski began as a fireman with the Town of Kearny on July 1, 1972. He was promoted to the rank of Fire Chief on December 1, 2001. Chief Lapsanski holds an AS degree from Essex County Community College in Fire & Safety Science and a BS from New Jersey City University in Fire Safety and Security. He has over 32 years serving the community.

Sarnas, a lifelong resident of Kearny, John joined the kearny health department in 1974, he received a B.A. Degree from Newark Atate, and a M.A.degree, from Jersey City State in health administration. He also became a NJ licensed health officer in 1985 and became health officer of Kearny in 1997. |
