 The Town of Kearny has instituted a Graffiti Hotline (201) 955-7889 where residents can report graffiti 24 hours a day. Our goal is to remove graffiti from public property within 48 hours. Please have an address and location (e.g. trash can, NE corner Manor Park) when you call. In the case of private property, the property owner will be notified and required to have the graffiti removed.
Graffiti is an act of vandalism. If you observe someone in the act of damaging public or private property with graffiti please call the Kearny Police Department (201) 998-1313 and report it.
Graffiti reflects negatively on our neighborhoods and our town. Rapid removal sends the message that we are concerned about our community and quick removal has been shown to be an effective deterrent.
Please get involved -- call the hotline and help us to eliminate graffiti in Kearny.
